With experience as a psychologist since 1995, I combine my life experience, empathy and intuitive abilities with a cognitive, solution-focused counselling style that encourages my clients to explore the rationality of their current choices and to find solutions appropriate to their own needs.
General counselling for adolescents and adults with a variety of concerns, including relationships, family of origin issues, childhood physical or sexual abuse, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, anxiety, panic disorders and depression.
Counselling in relationship improvement for couples suffering from communication problems, sexual dysfunction, sexual aversion, vaginismus, sexual issues common to menopausal women.
I would like to welcome you to our office and will strive to provide you with a helpful and caring service.

My office is in a small house just north of Whyte Avenue. It is a comfortable and private setting, with tea served if you like. However, within this relaxed atmosphere, I work in a focused and goal-orientated way.
I see clients on Monday and Wednesday afternoons between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. (Note: Morning appointments on those same days are available by special request.)
You can usually get in to see me within one to two weeks.
